Immediate Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for violation of these terms, non-payment, or illegal activities.

9. Limitation of Liability

Spark as Tech's liability is limited as follows:

  • Not responsible for business interruptions or lost profits
  • Not liable for damages caused by third-party services or integrations
  • Maximum liability limited to the amount paid for services

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
